Relax and unwind with fresh linen, plush bedding, and a comfortable double mattress. Perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for a great night's sleep.

LIVING ROOM:

After a day exploring York, kick back in the cosy living space, watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or enjoy a meal in the dining area. The small double sofa bed provides extra sleeping space for one additional guest.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a home-cooked meal or a quick breakfast before heading out to explore. Or, treat yourself and order from one of the many local restaurants nearby
Access to the small, enclosed outdoor space too!

Please Note: The kitchen is on the top floor of the flat, which is up some stairs.

Ideal for longer stays with all the comforts of home. We provide fresh linen, towels, shampoo, soap, and an iron with ironing board.

CHECK-IN & BOOKING:

Effortless self check-in between 3pm - 11pm via a Lockbox located at the property.

Check-out: 8am-10am

We guarantee the property will be ready, clean, and welcoming upon arrival. Feel free to reach out with any questions before or during your stay.

OTHER NOTES:

Please note: the property has stairs that may be steep for those with mobility issues or young children.

Parties, smoking, or loud noise will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal.

Quiet hours after 9pm – please respect neighbours.

✨ Additional Information for Your Stay ✨

🛋 Sofa Bed Linen Fee – If you’d like to use the sofa bed, there is a small linen fee of £14.50. This covers the extra laundry and housekeeping required to prepare it.

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability, we can offer early arrivals or later departures at £20 per hour. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this with our housekeeping team.

👶 Family Pack – Travelling with children? We can provide a high chair and travel cot (please bring your own sheets) for £19.95 per stay.
