After a day exploring York, kick back in the cosy living space, watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or enjoy a meal in the dining area.

KITCHEN & DINING:

The fully equipped kitchen is located upstairs and has everything you need for a home-cooked meal or a quick breakfast before heading out to explore. Or, if you’re in the mood to relax, you can always order from one of the many great local restaurants nearby.

PERFECT FOR LONGER STAYS:

Ideal for longer stays with all the comforts of home. We provide fresh linen, towels, shampoo, soap, and an iron with ironing board.

CHECK-IN & BOOKING:

Effortless self check-in between 3pm - 11pm via a Lockbox located at the property.

Check-out: 8am-10am

We guarantee the property will be ready, clean, and welcoming upon arrival. Feel free to reach out with any questions before or during your stay.

OTHER NOTES:

Please note: the property has stairs that may be steep for those with mobility issues or young children.

Parties, smoking, or loud noise will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal.

Quiet hours after 9pm – please respect neighbours.
